3x3 INVITATIONAL FEMALE SPRING BREAK CHARITY TOURNAMENT
Play for those that can’t - Manitoba All-Stars 3X3 Invitational Spring Break Charity Hockey Tournament!
Manitoba All-Stars is pleased to host our 3rd Annual 3x3 Spring Break Hockey Tournament with proceeds from this event being donated to local Manitoba Children’s Charities. The Tournament will take place at Dakota CC in Winnipeg, Manitoba March 28-30, 2025, and will feature the following;
- 5 age divisions: 2010 to 2015 birth years participating (2014's & 2015's will be combined).
- 4 teams per age division with 1 goalie and 6 skaters on each team
- Guaranteed 4 - 3x3 games, and 1 - 1 hour game 5v5.
- 1 hour skills development skate Friday evening.
- Each player will receive a Manitoba All-Stars jersey and T-shirt (which you keep).
- There will be a Player of Game Award after every game, and a Tournament MVP (skater and goalie) for each age division.
- Referees, timekeepers, coaches, and event coordinators are provided.
- Special guest speakers on Sunday afternoon will advise these young female athletes how to get to the next level.
- Vendors set up to produce a Tournament atmosphere.
The weekend agenda will be:
- Friday evening - 1 hour of Skills Development with JK Hockey The Hockey Workshop.
- Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM there will be 24 - 3x3 Round Robin Games. Round Robin games are 30 minutes long.
- Sunday from 9:00AM to 12:30PM there will be the 3x3 A and B side finals. Each game will be 30 minutes, with 45 minutes allocated to accommodate on ice awards and pictures.
- Sunday, after the 3x3 Tourney from 1:00PM to 5:30PM the 4 team will be combined to make 2 teams and play a full ice game. Games will be 1 hour, and will have refs, timekeepers, coaches, and Player of the Game and MVP awards.
- Sunday, after the full ice game, the players will have pizza and drinks in the Dakota Hall.
- Sunday, after your full ice games from 2:00PM to 6:00PM we will have Special Guest Speakers to talk to the girls and families about training and hockey experiences - what it takes to get to the next level.
Cost to participate in this event will be $231.00 ($220.00 plus GST) per player and can be paid by e-transfer to gelancas@mymts.net. To secure your spot please send me $100 deposit on registration. Payment in full due December 1, 2024.
If you cannot participate in this event please let me know and we will invite the next player on our list.
*Please note that there will be no refund or pro-rates for missed sessions due to schedule conflicts, injury, or illness (including Covid-19). There are no options to make up missed session on another date or program.
